The following is a brief overview of my price list and the elements that comprise it. This is the same thing that I will use to produce your estimate invoice.

Billable Expenses: as applicable. (e.g. travel expenditures, supplies, etc.)
Cancellation Fee: 15% estimated final. I will also require payment up to the point of cancellation for the services rendered.
Flat Fee: $80/hour.

Overtime: double "Flat Fee" This only applies to holidays / weekends.
Pro Bono: applicable at my (Ross') discretion.

| Internet Publication: | 25% Final |
| Limited 1 Year: | 75% Final |
| Limited 2 years: | 75% Final + $150 |
| Renew: | 50% Final |
| Unlimited: | 150% Final |
| Work for Hire: | 300% Final |
Licensing, while generally applied to copyright usage and ownership, may also apply to intellectual properties and rights as well. You will only be charged one licensing fee per project until the expiration of that license at which time you must pay the renewal rate or forfeit use of the project. Internet publications are treated as an unlimited license and are not subject to renewal. Unlimited licensing allows you to function as if you owned the copyright of the project for an indefinite amount of time, I (Ross) however still hold the copyright ownership and must be contact to grant permisions for use of the project outsid of the bounds of the contract under its creation. Work for hire licensing transfers ownership of the copyright to your possession allowing you to use the project as you see fit without hindrance.
Estimates, Proposals, and Processes
Before I offer an official estimate for a project, I require a proposal. Proposals are to include a clearly defined project objective, preferred target audience, and list of research need to be completed. As well as any other pertinent information or comments. The point of this is so that I can better understand your needs as a client and ascertain your ideas of what needs to be done and/or the direction of the project in general. Also, the more organized and thought out the project is the faster, and cheaper, it can be completed. After reviewing the proposal I will present my own in reply. This proposal will restate the project objective, the target audience, and the list of research needed and will also include a detailed description of fees/charges as pre-estimate information, and a preliminary idea of how to achieve the desired result. upon your review and approval of this proposal I will schedule a consultation meeting with you to discuss the project direction in depth. The consultation will be to help you as a client understand pricing, to set up the appropriate means of communication as well as frequency of such, negotiate party role, and discussion on the project. The goal of the consultation is to better inform all parties involved of the needs of the others and the direction that the project itself will go. The more information provided, the more accurate the estimate will be. If it is agreed to proceed with the project at this point, an official estimate will be provided, as well as the necessary contract/s if applicable, no later than 2 weeks after the consultation (speed will be determined by the proposed schedule set at the consultation). Work will not commence until the contract/s and estimate are approved and signed accordingly, as well as the payment of the Advance. No work will begin until these steps are completed.
Feel free to contact me for more information by clicking here. This is also the address to send any proposals / propositions. Don't forget to make sure you correctly subject your e-mails with the "key-words" below along with a brief description or tag. Place "concerning work" in the subject line for business related material along with something related to your topic.
